  • Website usage data: basic analytics such as pages visited and general location (country/region), collected automatically to help us improve the site.

How We Use Your Information

  • To create, preview, revise, and deliver your custom portrait
  • To process payment and fulfill physical orders through our print partners
  • To communicate with you about your order, including preview and revision emails
  • To provide customer support
  • To improve our website, products, and marketing — with your consent where required

How We Handle Your Photos Specifically

Photos you upload are used solely to create your custom illustration and are shared only with the artists working on your order. We do not sell your photos, and we do not use them in our marketing or portfolio without your permission — see our Legal Notice for details on how finished artwork may be used, and how to opt out.

Sharing Your Information

We share information only where necessary to fulfill your order, including with:

  • Our print-on-demand fulfillment partners (for producing and shipping physical items)
  • Our payment processor (to securely handle transactions)

YellowCouch Co. is based in Zambia and ships physical products within the United States. If you are visiting or ordering from outside Zambia, your information may be processed in Zambia or in the countries where our service providers operate.
